Once your order is processed and shipped (typically within 2-5 business days), you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system.

📧 Didn't Receive Your Tracking Number?
If you haven't received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please:

- Verify the email address on your order

🌍 International Shipping
For international orders, your package may go through customs clearance, which can add additional time to delivery. Customs processing times vary by country and are beyond our control. You can track your package through customs using your tracking number.
❓ Tracking Issues?
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or shows an issue, don't worry! Here's what to do:
- No updates for 5-7 days: This is normal during transit, especially for international shipments
- Delivery attempted: Contact your local carrier to arrange redelivery
- Package shows delivered but not received: Check with neighbors or building management, then contact us within 48 hours
